This week I have had the pleasure of listing 18b Rapallo Place, Farm Cove. This property is a case in point, where the owner put his trust in an elite performer to sell his home in November last year and has no action to date. There may be many reasons for this, however the longer you are on the market the more it costs you, the owner.
